Collin Adams, advisor to the base civil engineer for utilities, at Taji Military Base, Iraq on, August 9, 2008. Adams has spent the last year advising the Iraqis on management of the base water treatment program. Adams, Nipomo, Calif. native, was instrumental in acquiring confiscated chlorine gas to treat the base water supply.
