Brandi Soule, commander, 3rd Battalion, 25th Aviation Regiment, looks on during the Wheeler Army Airfield Open House, held by the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade, July 31, 2008. The event was held to help strengthen relationships with neighboring communities on Oahu.
