Delton Walling, a survivor of the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor is presented with a wreath during a sunset service at the USS Utah Memorial on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. At the time of the attack, Walling was a petty officer and signalman attached to the battleship USS Pennsylvania (BB 38), then dry-docked in port, and was assigned to the communications force of Admiral Husband E.
