Gilbert Meyer, a survivor of the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor while stationed aboard USS Utah (AG 16), is presented with a wreath by Capt. Lawrence Scruggs, deputy commander of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, during a sunset service at the USS Utah Memorial on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
