Cars park along Manchester Road during Operation Toy Drop, Dec. 7, as soldiers, families and others wait for paratroopers to jump from a C-130 onto Sicily Drop Zone. Hosted by the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), the 16th Annual Randy Oler Operation Toy Drop is the largest combined airborne operation in the world, with nine allied countries participating.
