Scott M. Hentz, incoming command sergeant major for the 728th CSSB during a Change Of Responsibility ceremony held in the Phoenixville Armory in Phoenixville, Pa., Dec. 7, 2013. “I’m coming from a finance background and I’m still trying to learn all the logistics, so I have quite a learning curve, but I’m looking forward to the challenge,” he said.
