Thomas Petso, a former solider and Pearl Harbor survivor shows an example of what he was up against that infamous day in December of 1941, by pointing out damage to the hangar he was playing football in front of that morning, during a visit at Wheeler Army Airfield and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, Wednesday, Dec. 4. A group of Pearl Harbor survivors toured various locations around Wheeler and Schofield Barracks and visited with Wounded Warriors during their visit, while they’re on Oahu for the ceremonies remembering the 72nd anniversary of the Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7, 1941.
