Seamen from Electronic Attack Squadron 129 move an advanced medium-range air-to-air missile into position for loading onto an EA-18G Growler as they go through their aircraft weapons loading procedures during a conventional weapons technical proficiency inspection at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. This was the first time a CWTPI, the first of two phases deeming a squadron safe for flight on an aircraft, has been performed on a fleet EA-18G Growler. VAQ-129 received a satisfactory on their inspection, receiving an outstanding rating on 12 of 13 inspection points.
