IRDO representatives took employers through multiple phases of the deployment processing to include a tour, visit to the central issue facility, medical processing, finance, and personnel sections on post during a two-day IRDO seminar hosted at Camp Atterbury, Ind., Oct. 22. IRDO leaders saw a need across the organizations to get the information out collectively and hosted the event with the intent to offer a top down approach to its business model and to give employers the opportunity to experience what their contractors go through during the program.
