A military service member in MARPAT camouflage uniform and flight deck helmet stands on a tarmac observing a Bell Boeing MV-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft with tail number '09' and spinning rotors. The scene appears to be at dusk or dawn under overcast skies, suggesting pre-flight or post-flight ground operations. The personnel appears to be a plane captain or ground crew member monitoring the aircraft.
