Retired Oklahoma Army National Guard Chaplain Teddy Wilson addresses the crowd at a business meeting on Saturday, Sept. 28 at the Biltmore Hotel in Oklahoma City. The business meeting was one of the many activities held that weekend as part of the 45th Infantry Division Association's 68th Annual Reunion. Wilson was educating those in attendance on a new memorial being built next to the Thunderbird chapel at Camp Gruber to honor the fallen. The memorial will include a life-size statue like the one in the foreground for each of the soldiers who have paid the ultimate sacrifice during OIF and OEF.
