Judges from the Babil, Karbala, Najaf and Qadisiyah provinces and Mahmudiyah Qada receive new laptops and a software program designed specifically for the judges, March 18 and 19, at Forward Operating Base Kalsu. The judges were also given a class on how to properly use the computers and the software.
