Military personnel are managing USAID humanitarian aid supplies at what appears to be a disaster relief operation site near a waterfront. Multiple stacked white USAID-branded boxes are visible alongside a large inflatable water storage bladder tank. The scene shows signs of recent flooding or storm damage, with muddy ground and scattered debris.
