U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Kyle Farnes, a crew chief assigned to Joint Task Force-Bravo's 1-228th Aviation Regiment, operates the hoist of a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter over the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Honduras during an over-water hoist training exercise, Nov. 18, 2013. The hoist is used to lower a flight medic in order to reach victims during rescue and medevac operations.
