    Sgt. Maj. Octaviano Gallegos, Jr., sergeant major for Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response, serves birthday cake to a Marine while celebrating the Marine Corps' 238th at Morón Air Base, Spain, Nov. 12, 2013. The birthday cake was made by Leticia Ornelas, an Air Force spouse stationed at Morón Air Base. SPMAGTF-Crisis Response is a self-mobile, self-sustaining force capable of responding to a range of crises to protect both U.S. and partner-nation security interests in the region, while also strengthening partnerships throughout the U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command area of responsibility.
