Philippine citizens take supplies from an SH-60B Sea Hawk helicopter from the Scorpions of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light (HSL) 49, Det. 6, embarked aboard the Ticonderoga class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63) during Operation Damayan.
