Ron Lewis, the foundation historian at The Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum, sits in the cockpit of an F/A-18 Hornet aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Nov. 17. Lewis assisted visitors to the museum by helping them into the cockpit of the F/A-18 on display and describing the history of the aircraft.
