    Two military personnel in desert camouflage uniforms (MARPAT pattern) are engaged in what appears to be a martial arts or combatives training exercise on a sandy ground surface. One individual is on top controlling the other who is on the ground, consistent with ground fighting techniques taught in military combatives programs.
