This is the site of the Marine compound near Entry Control Point-5, Company L, 3rd Battalion, 6th Marines after a fire destroyed their compound, June 25. After roughly four weeks the compound is rebuilt and the Marines have received an outpouring of generosity from neighboring units, Iraqi local nationals and stateside supporters.
