An Afghan National Army soldier with the 201st Corps Engineer Kandak’s Horizontal Company, bulldozes earth around the future site of Forward Operating Base Gamberi’s cool-down yard, Nov. 11, 2013. The cool-down yard is the first major undertaking for the Corps’ horizontal engineers, it’s also the first joint operation between them and the unit’s vertical engineers.
