Four military personnel in U.S. Army ACU (Army Combat Uniform) camouflage are performing a color guard ceremony on a paved road. Two members carry flags — the U.S. national flag and what appears to be a unit or state guidon — while two others carry rifles at their sides. In the background, a crowd of participants and spectators is gathered near blue and yellow balloon decorations, suggesting a public event such as a race or community gathering.
