Daniel Yoo, left, commanding general, I Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward), leads I MEF (Fwd) Marines and sailors on a motivational run in celebration of the 238th Marine Corps Birthday aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Nov. 7, 2013. The command, which is scheduled to deploy to Helmand province, Afghanistan, during early 2014, took time out of their predeployment training to celebrate the Marine Corps’ upcoming birthday by conducting the run and a cake-cutting ceremony.
