Jacob Michael, a Boonsboro, Md., native, signifying the passing of his trust and confidence and also the recognition of responsibility for the unit and its' Soldiers during the change of command ceremony, July 18. "Your new commander, Captain Michael's, has over eighteen months as a platoon leader, eight months as an executive officer, and made great contributions on our battalion staff," said Bradford. "He has made the necessary progression to step and lead [the 515th] as an outstanding company commander," he concluded.
