Military personnel in camouflage uniforms are navigating an obstacle course featuring scattered tires in a dirt trench or ravine. At least two distinct uniform patterns are visible, suggesting a joint or multinational training exercise. The low-angle camera perspective emphasizes the physical challenge of traversing the tire obstacle.
