Terri A. Washburn, a Navy veteran and mail clerk at Capt. James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, delivers mail to Michael A. Zawadzki, prosthetics clerk, during her mail route. Washburn utilizes her route as part of her exercise routine for TeleMOVE!, a home-based, veteran telehealth program designed to help veterans develop a healthy lifestyle of diet and exercise. Washburn has lost 31 pounds with the program. Lovell FHCC is the first and only federal health care center in the nation, integrating the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs health care services in the Great Lakes, Ill., area.
