Robert Parsonage, a satellite communications systems operator assigned to the 349th Signal Company, 78th Signal Battalion, gives candy to students at Kabato Pre-School Oct. 28 in Yomitan village, Okinawa, Japan. Soldiers, family members and civilians from the 349th paid a visit to the school to share the American tradition of Halloween with students.
