Navy Recruiting District Atlanta's officer recruiter, Lt. Cmdr. Kenyatta O. Martin, enlists University of Georgia pharmacy students Will Spence and Sean Szad at Sanford Stadium as Navy Career Counselor Chief Leonard Whitehead, family and friends look on. The two are recent awardees of the Navy Health Science Collegiate Program. Designed to provide financial incentives for students in designated health care professions, this program allows them to complete degree/certification requirements and obtain a commission in the Medical Service Corps.
