A group of people standing on a rocky shoreline or jetty are releasing white balloons into a partly cloudy sky during what appears to be a memorial walk event. A banner visible on the right reads 'WALK TO' with text referencing 'Perinatal Loss & Miscarriage' and '#OkinawaAngelBabies', indicating this is a remembrance event held in Okinawa, Japan. Adults and children of various ages are participating, with many balloons already ascending into the sky.
