    The Joint Communications Support Element's Executive Voice Kit (pictured here) provides secure, voice communications through commercial cellular technology. The EVK was developed by JCSE's J5 Acquisition and Engineering Team within days and provided an efficient and cost effective solution to an urgent operational requirement.
