The final Maritime Civil Affairs Unit to serve under Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa wraps up their 6-month service in Djibouti, Tanzania and Kenya during a ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Sept. 5, 2013. The maritime component of civil affairs is comprised of reservists and has been a part of CJTF-HOA for the last five years.
