Petty Officer 2nd Class Kristopher Maleport, engineer aide, and West Mifflin, Pa., native Petty Officer 1st Class Jeff Ely, building officer, both of the Navy's Team 2, Det. India, ACB-2, shape the outline of a wall for the 41st Fires Bde. tactical operations center annex. Seabees, the Navy's construction corps, were created as a result of a need for military reconstruction after the attack on Pearl Harbor in World War II.
