Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa

U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Terry Ferrell, commanding general of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, speaks to U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Jackson Habeck, officer in charge of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, and U.S. Navy Lt. Chester Wyckoff, officer in charge of NMCB 11 shortly after a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Aug. 10, 2013. Seabees with NMCB 4 transferred authority to NMCB 11 after a six-month deployment to the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
