Mohamed Sheik, director, Institute of Languages and Information Technology's Director Mohamed Sheik addresses attendees at the school's graduation ceremony at the Bender Djedid community building in Djibouti, July 7, 2013. Thirty-eight students earned certificates for the successful completion of the institute's English language program. Dozens of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and Camp Lemonnier personnel who participate in the camp's English Discussion Group (EDG) attended the ceremony to congratulate the graduates. EDG is a U.S. Embassy-sponsored program that gives CJTF-HOA and camp personnel opportunities to help Djiboutian students improve their English language skills.
