Sgt. 1st Class Rafael Sierra, the medical noncommissioned officer in charge with the 2-2 Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 7th Infantry Division, begins planning with his Republic of Korea counterparts in the 17th Infantry Division for a staff exercise in Bucheon, South Korea, Sept. 25.
