A chef puts on a seafood cooking demonstration during the 2012 North Carolina Seafood Festival. The festival begins Friday and provides a home for almost 100 individual booths sponsored by restaurants, civic organizations school groups and churches. The festival gives local artists a chance to display their skill in proving that their seafood recipe is the best.
