Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 1st Class Charles Walters, assigned to Commander, Task Group (CTG) 56.1, leaves the surface while performing an anti-terrorism force protection inspection dive as part of day-to-day operations protecting freedom of movement and the flow of commerce.
