Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 1st Class Charles Walters, assigned to Commander, Task Group (CTG) 56.1, reaches back to check his air supply before performing an anti-terrorism force protection inspection dive as part of day-to-day operations protecting freedom of movement and the flow of commerce.
