Joint Detention Group Command Sgt. Maj. Theodore Trahan delivers a speech during his retirement ceremony at Joint Task Force Guantamo's Troopers Chapel, July 3, 2008. Trahan, who credits his wife for much of his success, made a point to thank her, as well as his colleagues, peers and fellow Troopers. The JTF conducts interrogation operations to collect strategic intelligence in support of the Global War on Terror and supports law enforcement and war crimes investigations. JTF Guantanamo is committed to the safety and security of American service members and civilians working inside its detention facilities.
