    Chief Master Sgt. Steven Cleveland, 99th Air Base Wing command chief, and Airman 1st Class Timothy Tipton, 99th Communication Squadron wing information assurance officer, cut an Air Force 66th birthday cake at the Crosswinds Dining Facility Sept. 18, 2013, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev.
