    On May 16, 2013, Brownwood resident and Camp Bowie neighbor Phil Richey, left, and Del Albright, fire chief and emergency ,management coordinator, City of Brownwood, Texas, right, meet with Lt. Col. Jamey Creek, Training Center Garrison Command manager- Camp Bowie and Training Center Garrison Command officer in charge-Camp Bowie, Texas Army National Guard, to discuss a dirt road on the north side of Camp Bowie that serves as a fire break between the training center and Richey's private land. As the Camp Bowie Training Center Manager, Creek is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 9,000-acre land, as well as meeting with various local, county and state officials and concerned citizens.
