On July 24, Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE) member, U.S. Army Capt. Ada Hernandez (top center), briefs the fully integrated teams of joint communicators from JCSE's 2nd Joint Communications Squadron, the Canadian Forces Joint Signal Regiment and the U.K.'s 30th Signal Regiment on convoy operations. By training alongside one another during realistic training scenarios, exercise Cobb Ring demonstrated the mission-critical skill sets and the shared expertise of all who participated.
