A young Iraqi boy accepts a challenge for a soccer ball outside a new park that was once a base for rocket attacks. If the ball gets past Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, a native of Southbend, Ind., he keeps the ball. Talley, the commander of the 926th Engineer Brigade, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, was no match for this young Iraqi boy and his newly acquired soccer ball.
