Republic of Korea army combat medics adjust an arm sling on a wounded soldier during a Joint Casualty Evacuation Exercise, March 5, 2008. Soldiers from Division Special Troops Battalion, 2nd Infantry Division train alongside the Republic of Korea's (ROK) 1st ROK Division Medical Battalion during this training evolution.
