Former Puerto Rico senator, Lucy Arce, welcomes and addresses the Child, Youth, and School Services, and 1st Mission Support Command Family Programs staff members, during a final preparation meeting for the Youth, Leadership, Education and Development Summit held Aug. 29 to Sept. 2. The YLEAD Summit is a CYSS youth event for Army Reserve dependents. The mission of the summit is to support the readiness and well-being of Army Reserve families by reducing the conflict between parental responsibilities and mission requirements.
