The image shows a large commercial port facility with numerous ship-to-shore container cranes visible in the background, partially obscured by haze or smog. In the foreground, a small patrol boat — appearing to bear 'U.S. NAVY' markings — navigates the waterway in front of the terminal. The scene is captured during hazy daylight conditions, giving the image a muted, yellowish-gray tone.
