    Adm. Cecil D. Haney, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, Richard Lay and Chester Nimitz Lay, grandsons of fleet Adm. Chester Nimitz, pose for a photo inside Haney's office on the fleet headquarters compound where their grandfather worked and lived. The Lays are in Hawaii for a ceremony to commemorate the 68th anniversary of end of World War II, Sept. 2, aboard the Battleship Missouri Memorial, where a bronze statue of Adm.
