Todd Groomes, 816th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron commander and pilot, maneuvers a C-17A Globemaster III on final approach towards a runway at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, Aug. 29, 2013. Groomes, hailing from Orlando, Fla., is the 17th Airlift Squadron commander out of Joint Base Charleston, S.C., and was flying his last mission during this deployment.
