    A 49-foot Coast Guard Buoy Utility Stern Loading Boat, from Aids to Navigation Team Duluth, and a 45-foot patrol boat, from Coast Guard Station Duluth, move into position to assist the “vessel in distress” during initial boom operations for Operation Peeking Duck in Duluth, Minn., Aug. 28, 2013.
