Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5 command colors are lowered during a change of charge ceremony with NMCB 3 on Camp Shields in Okinawa. After an eight month deployment, NMCB 5 turned over their missions in the U.S. Pacific Command to NMCB 3. NMCB 5 had deployed Seabees to 20 locations in 13 countries in the Pacific region.
