Each year, the Marine Corps Recruiting Command hosts the collegiate Coaches Workshop and and the Officer Selection Officer and Key Leader Workshop at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. These workshops invite college-level teachers, coaches, administrators and influencers to learn about the aspirational and competetive selection process for Marine Corps Officer candidates, their entry-level training and the opportunities presented to them by virtue of their service to the nation.
